Uncle Uzzi is once again matchmaking and this time it is Lance and Annalia who gets the Uzzi Magic.
Lance Jacosa is an Honor Guard for the Maverick Pride and has a reputation with the females of the Pride.He enjoys the ladies and goes through them like hot cakes,but he wants nothing serious.
Lance is not ready to settle down but his Tiger has other ideas,his Tiger wants a mate and so Lance seems to have lost his libido.
Its a good thing Uncle Uzzi was coming to town and when he arrives he is with a young woman...a HUMAN!!
Annalia Reese is a graphic designer,she used to live with her sister and her husband..But they were cruel and manipulative to her and she moved away...Starting a new life for herself she meets her new neighbor Uncle Uzzi.
After a long chat with him he offers his services to her to help her find a date.
Annalia has low self esteem she is a curvy woman and a geek,she loves being in comfortable clothes and reading.She is not one for getting dressed up and going out so doesn't date...She believes no man would want her...But uncle Uzzi reassures her that he knows many men who would love her..Because they are not just men they are shifters.!!
So one weekend Annalia goes to Maverick Point for a blind date,she has a makeover and is transformed.
Lance is a nervous wreck but when he goes to pick up his date for a ball uncle Uzzi set up.Lance is absolutely spellbound when he sees Annalia immediately he knows she is his mate.
But because Annalia is human she doesn't have the same instinct Lance does,but she does know that Lance is the most handsome man she has ever met and she wants him.
This is such a cute romance between Lance and Annalia they are perfect together and I Loved the way Lance boosts Annalia's confidence with his love and affection.
Once again this book is narrated by Elle Sonali and it is Amazing as always,she always narrates with every emotion and passion that the characters have.
I always love listening to Elle tell these stories.
C.D Gorri has written another sweet and sexy romance that will keep wanting more.
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Purrfectly Bound.
