Gratitude is the quality of being thankful and ready to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Gratitude simply means thanks and appreciation.

Why is gratitude fundamental? If people could understand the importance of gratitude, we could live a much better, abundant, peaceful, and joyful life. It is easy to go hard on yourself for what you do not have and instead of appreciating what you do have. It is easy not to appreciate others for the phenomenal jobs they do, and be criticized and ignorant. But the bottom line is to realize the power of gratitude, to use it and improve your life as early as possible. One well-known Indian yogi, a mystic named Sadhguru, said, "Unfortunately, people of different ages have not learned fundamental principles of how to live an abundant, peaceful life."

Sadguru says, "If you are 12 years old, and do not know something, it is understandable. But when you are 50, 60, or 70 years old and still have not figured out how to control your feelings and emotions to live a peaceful and joyful life, it is a tragedy." And so, we have to switch on full awareness of the importance of gratitude, and then move in the direction to improve our life.

Listening to gratitude affirmations daily is the key. Keep reminding yourself, and be happy for what you already have and for the good people in your circle doing great things. You can start from very little, but it's massively important to be grateful for the life you have. You can breathe, you can eat, you can walk, you can talk, you can reproduce, etc. And that is not a small possibility. Many people have restricted possibilities. Many people are not on this planet anymore. Because you are alive, that is a good place to start for what to be grateful for. And now let’s dive into gratitude affirmations.

Affirmations are a great way to reprogram the subconscious mind.

The author has done incredible work on this bundle. What do you need in life? Be confident, smart, successful, healthy, and happy. I found that if you keep listening to these affirmations daily, you start thinking positively and uplifting. Slowly you reprogram your subconscious mind. You begin to see changes in your actions and then your results. The author brought potent morning affirmations to start your day right. When you listen to Gratitude affirmations throughout the day, you are reminding yourself of what to be grateful for. The more grateful you are, the more you can receive. It's Universal Law. It's always has been, and it always will be. My favorite part of this book is the practice of gratitude affirmations. The author emphasizes the importance of consistently reminding ourselves to be grateful for what we already have and appreciate the wonderful people who surround us. By listening to gratitude affirmations daily, we can shift our mindset and experience the effects of gratitude in our lives. I find it's a great way to start my day.

These affirmations are a great set for many different circumstances. I found the bedtime affirmations were good for helping me find a little peace of mind allowing me to drift to bed quicker. I also appreciated the gratitude affirmations as it reminded me so much of what I need to be grateful for. In the busy modern world it can be really hard to show yourself the self love you need but taking a little time to listen to these books can definitely help change that and remind you what it is we're on this planet for.

There is so much positive intention from these affirmations that you can't help coming away with a better outlook on life. I especially liked the Gratitude section, which seemed a logical place to start by us realize that we already have so much in our lives which benefits us. That's often overlooked. And the affirmations only get better from there. You will find something in this book that relates to you.
