As with learning any audio language, as one progresses through the course, the dialogue being learnt becomes more fluent. As a result it becomes harder to understand the dialogue in some situations, in particular referring to places and peoples names, as this can be confusing if heard for the first time. It would be really helpful if 1. A transcript of the conversations could be provided; and 2. To incorporate smaller increments of rewind-buttons, e.g 5sec, 2sec, 1sec. For difficult situations I play the dialogue at half-speed, where if selecting the 10-sec rewind button, actually awakes to a much longer time. It sometimes takes me 5-10 rewind attempts to understand a new word or sentence. Kind Regards, Chris
