Excellent listen and definitely very useful as the stuff here can be used for life. It doesn’t try to be too ambitious but introduces the listener to the world of memory and the key is to keep exercising the mind. The examples included definitely help.

I have a tough time studying.

I have a tough time studying. I’m a A student, however I have ADHD. This book was absolutely great for simple memorizing tips. Which seem elementary, until you realize how important it is to remember lists in different parts of your life. This book is awesome.

Very easy to follow.

These methods have given me some options for remembering that I can apply to everyday living experiences. I have found myself already after only two days applying and using and succeeding at remembering information. I can't wait to apply it all the time and see what is possible. Thanks!

In this book, the author gives the information

In this book, the author gives the information about Memory Palace, Mind Maps, practical uses for memory enhancement techniques. The stuff described felt very vivid and I could definitely visualize a lot. With an improved memory, I can definitely achieve a lot of things. So still, I'm trying to develop my photographic memory by practicing the exercises described in this guide. Thanks.

As a college student

As a college student I found this to be an invaluable resource. I have spent so many hours listening things, hearing things, only to forget them and have to study them all again come test time, and then forget them again after the class is over. Many college students seem shockingly ok with forgetting half of what they spent so much money to learn, I for one spent the money to know and remember what I have been taught. These techniques are worth a bar of gold.
