The Personalizing Pilates: Post-Natal workout is short, sweet, and effective! It's only 20 minutes long, so that a new mom can easily fit some time for herself into her hectic schedule. The workout includes easy, effective Pilates exercises that focus on strengthening and flattening the abdominal muscles, toning the legs and hips, and toning the arms and shoulders.

If you do this workout three or four times a week, you'll notice a difference in just a couple of weeks and get back into pre-baby shape in no time!

This workout was created by and is taught by Sherry Lowe-Bernie, owner of Personalizing Pilates. Sherry is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, which means that you are entrusting your spine to one of the best Pilates teachers you can find.
