I wanted something to listen to while on my coffee break and came across this very helpful guide. I was pleasantly surprised by the very quick and concise personal development tips in this book. There's lots of useful websites mentioned, definitely worth picking up a copy or having a listen.

Denny Andrews does a great job narrating in a lively and engaging way.
