I was most impacted by Step 7 which discusses how to find one’s ikigai with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. This is taking Maslow’s theory to a different level and adds serious value to the text.

I feel that this audiobook is a vital resource for those seeking to break free from the constraints of excessive worry and overthinking, and an effective roadmap to a more harmonious, stress-free existence.

This book provides great actionable steps to help any overthinker, well, get over it! My favorite aspect of this book is the practical tips and tricks to make changes. I love to walk away from a book with ways to make my life better, This book digs into cognitive distortions, cognitive behavioral therapy exercises, and so much more! I really enjoyed the 6 steps to logical problem solving as I tend to let my emotions think too much for me.
