About this listen
A "carefully researched" account of the rise and fall of notorious dictator Manuel Noriega-and America's role in both (The Washington Post).

it does a great job of Covering Manuel Noriega from his rise to his arrest in the 1989. At certain points he feels more like a character straight out of a tom clancy novel then a real person. but you understand and see how he caused his own downfall because of how untouchable he thought he was. it's also an interesting read the paints America as much more then an evil empire and how the pettines of one wimp eventually destroyed Panama I am referring to Bush of course. definitely give it a chance it gives a great idea into the mentality of someone who is about to lose power this is especially relevant with the recent events in Syria and even the recent Iran Israel war.
how far will one man's hubris go?
