I don't envy detectives coping with crime cases like this but have always thought Peter Ritchie bases his plots and sub plots on real life. Great narration by Sean Barrett.

Another great crime thriller from Peter Ritchie

Loved it mostly because of Sean Barrets narration but it was an extremely exciting story

Brilliant

I found the first books in the series to be very good. Great stories, great performances by Sean Barrett (as always) and overall good value for money books - all based around the detective Grace Macallen.

This book was also performed well by Sean Barrett - but about three quarters of the way through I found the need to double check that this was in actual fact a Grace Macallen book. Sure enough it is classed as part of the series - but God knows why because she plays a cameo role at best.

This book failed to grab my attention as did the previous four. Not really a "page turner".

Bizarre that Grace was left out for the majority of the book. Will be skipping the next.

Why does Grace only have a cameo role?
