Summary
Drugą część wikińskiej tetralogii rozpoczyna samotna wędrówka młodego wikinga Oddiego po iglastych lasach Labradoru (dzisiejsza Kanada), która prowadzi do spotkania Indian Beothuk, uwikłanych w wojnę o przetrwanie z sąsiednimi plemionami. Jakby tego było mało, Oddi toczy własną bitwę o serce córki wodza - Shaa-naan-dithit.
Realistycznie prowadzona akcja pozwala także poznać świat duchowy północnoamerykańskich Indian, w zderzeniu z jakże praktyczną wiarą Wikingów.
Jednak to przede wszystkim ogromna, niczym nieskrępowana przygoda, wspaniałe uzupełnienie serialu "Wikingowie" emitowanego przez kanał History.
