If you've never been to India! Now is your chance.

How delightful to be taken along on this most fascinating of journeys with your esteemed self, Vincent Ebrahim.
Your energetic adventures were thoroughly enjoyable ( the music still plays in my head ) and although not without hiccups, your friendly manner, compassion and humour won the days. I was sad indeed, to say goodbye to you and your travels.

Fantastic

A fantastic gallop around India, I really enjoyed it the only problem being it just wasn't long enough.

Please send Vincent to South Africa!

I have just returned from India and this brought me right back - from the sound of the traffic to the ‘ta dah!’ at the railway station. Fantastic.

Please get Vincent to take us around his native South Africa and share his memories of growing up, the culture and the people. He has the knack of totally involving you in his journey - such a pleasure to spend time in his company.

Wonderful

Thank you Vincent for sharing your journey to India. The gentle narration with the honking horns in the background set the scenes wonderfully, as I sit listening with a cup of chai. I love travelogues and I’m pleased to have joined you in your Indian Odyssey.

Didn’t want this audiobook to end !

I loved this series. It was a gentle introduction to travel literature for me & I will definitely look for similar titles. It would perhaps be better as a visual series, as there were so many descriptions of places, people & food that would have been fascinating to see. I wish it was a little longer, as it was disappointing when it ended. I listened to the last few chapters several times to try to make it last. India is the hero in this series & it made me more determined to travel there. :)

What is the music

I'm really enjoying this audio experience. I've been trying to find out what the music is - the song at the introduction to each section. I love it, but can't find any details anywhere, and even Shazam cannot identify it for me. Maybe it will become clearer when I have finished the whole audiobook, but does anyone know what it is and where I might listen to the whole thing?

Evocative and engaging

This is a wonderful account of a personal journey. The sounds of India evoke the country and people. Memories come back along those paths. Brilliant!

Wonderful adventure into a magnificent culture

Each episode was fascinating, I would have liked there to be more and also more travel programs like this for other countries.

Dull. Hard to finish.

Struggled to finish this. Easy topic made boring. Could have been so much more. Sorry.
