Although the information will be worth investigating, the narrator sounds a bit stilted and stiff. It doesn't sound like a natural reading. I always prefer these books when read by the author.
I will be trying some of this out though.
It has made a difference
Would you consider the audio edition of Muscle Mass to be better than the print version?
The audio edition is necessary for me, I listen while doing long commutes. Because of the nature of the material some people might find the print version better. Either way I found the advice to be spot on, I have already achieved improvements in my performance for less time. I will be sticking with the recommendations in this book.
