Unfortunately, some very strange pronunciation meant I was brought out of the story a few times. I have read this before and overall I think I would far prefer to read it myself.

Really good murder mystery

Can be irritating if you can work it out too early on, fortunately it didn't. I am not into gore and the over emphasis on the intrinsics of a mutilation. These books avoid these scenario.
