Si puts behaviour in easy to learn under stable words for the dog owner. The case studies were heartfelt and beautifully told. The book had me feeling for the situations, enlightening aha moments, moving and I didn’t want it to end.

I've made it to chapter four but it's not for me. Although my hobby has always been connection with your dog I found this book unutterably boring.

I don’t dislike anything about this book. I really like the way it is written (and read) and the obvious desire of Simon Wooler to help both the digs and the dog owner. It is excellent and I highly recommend it to any dog lover / owner as a must listen or read.

I think everyone that is getting a dog would be well advised to listen to or read this book at the beginning. It’s got a lot of dog behaviour in which can only be a bonus for the owner. I wish I had the knowledge when our dog arrived.
