Kl. 10.23 torsdag den 26. oktober 1995 blev en 87-årig mand fundet død på gulvet i entreen i sin villa i Kochsgade i Odense med dybe kvæstelser i hovedet, med to plasticposer trukket ned over hovedet og med en telefonledning snøret fem gange rundt om hoved og hals. En uforklarlig, hårdhændet og kynisk behandling af den gamle, ret værgeløse mand.
