What did you like most about Moonology?

I wouldnt have picked this up in a bookshop so I have enjoyed Yasmins intoruction into Moonology. She is very knowledgable and very thorough. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there are so many lists that listening became very tedious, and to actually follow the activities you either need an outstanding memory or be very good at marking the audio clips. I am returning the audio book and buying the paper copy because its the kind of book once read- you will repeatedly dip back into as a reference and for me audio is the wrong medium for this. An example is the chapter on the phases of the moon. There are 12 and each is gone though in detail. If it is the fourth you need this month then its much easier to reference a book to find what chants you should be doing and what new moon wishes will have the most power than hunting through the audio. You also have to refer to links she gives for her websote but if you listen to audiobooks whilst driving then you are unable to write them down and there is nowhere to find a summary of them. I tried e mailing the author to see if there was a PDF but have had no reply. Again- I had to hunt back though the audio.

Would you be willing to try another book from Yasmin Boland? Why or why not?

Yes. I have bought her book on astrology as Moonology was a bit advanced and I would like to restart it with a better footing in astrology.

Have you listened to any of Yasmin Boland’s other performances? How does this one compare?

No. Yasmin does have a very clear and easy to listen to reading style though.
