About this listen

Minty is the kind of girl who notices things. Pockets of cold air on a stairway. Cries on the wind. Ghosts. I was thrilled to find this fantastic children's story has made its way into audible.

I read the book and watched the television programme many times as a child and have lobbied Audible to produce this.

This story holds into its magic even well into adulthood. Though a simpler story compared to what children read now, this story of a young girl caught in awful circumstances but escaping into a ghostly mystery is enchanting abs will appeal to children who lie to read about ghosts and ghouls. An ideal book for Halloween scares!

The performance of the story is of high quality.
