Awesome Book !!

The guided meditations are easy and pretty straight forward. It is a nice way to start an evening or my morning. I enjoyed the accompanying music and really liked the narrations for very soothing performances.

I needed this book

This book discusses that even with a busy lifestyle I still should be mindful of the state of my health. I’ve appreciate how this book makes me realize once again the worth of slowing down and enjoying the moment. Rushing things brings anxiety and stress. We must learn to stay in the moment. That is the epitome of a mindful living, that despite of our fast faced environment we were stay able to get connected to what is now. Worth reading, and highly recommended!

Great short read on the topic of Mindfulness

Great short listen on the topic of Mindfulness! It is interesting how easy it is to be distracted by tons of things today. We forget to be present in the moment and worrying way too much about things we can not control. This book was very helpful at dressing these things as well as giving tips to live a more present and happy life!

Pleasant

Most days, I am rushing to do my to-do lists. I like her idea of incorporating meditation in household chores, which is something I can relate to. I am challenged to love mindfully, too. This is an insightful read for busy parents and everyone else who might be feeling overwhelmed by everyday demands in their life. I liked the comparison of the mind with a wild horse. Also good and simple daily exercises in this book. Stay in the moment. Here. Now. Being mindful will change your life.

Nice One

It is harder than ever to be mindful today when we are surrounded by so many distractions. Yet everyone can do it if they follow some of the simple steps from this book. There are many aspects to mindfulness. From what you eat, to meditation and gratefulness. When we take control of these aspects, we take control of our lives.

Definitely worth a listen.

Mind changing content!

I wish everybody would read it. The parts are short and you can simply lift it up and read a section from the center on the off chance that you require a bit of something, and you'll have a crisp, cheerful mind.

Good book for beginners

This is a really interesting book. Its well written and provides clear instructions on meditation techniques. I was quite skeptical at first on the effectiveness of practicing of mindfulness but after trying for a couple of sessions daily, it did help me to feel less anxious and more calm. I will continue practice the techniques for the great health benefits.

Very easy to understand

Quit chasing success and attain it!

This mindfulness guide gives a very insightful look at the basics of being in the moment. Although brief, it keeps things simple yet effective. I like the idea of becoming present with your chores, and on occasions, I have done it and enjoyed my most hated ones! This takes practice and patience and this guide is a great starting point.

A lot of insight

A great book, I benefited a lot from it. I have always been much of a close-minded person and have always seen things my way. However, my view on life has changed dramatically after listening this book. My life has changed to the better. I am an entrepreneur so for me it is very important to have a broad spectrum of knowledge on this topic. I highly recommend this book and I will definitely listen more from Addison Fenn.

A very beautiful book

If there was any rating more than 5 stars, I would have given this book. I love the lessons it has. It made me realize how passive I have become in this world. Rather than allowing life go through us just as we go through it, we only go through it with a hurry and forget to slow down to enjoy the moment. If one can live in the moment and is able to be mindful of all things, as well as be grateful, the issue of stress and sadness will not come in.
