Mostly advertising

The narrator can’t pronounce Italian so you stand little chance of finding the businesses he promotes. The guide is more about spending money than appreciating Milan’s culture.
I suppose you can’t expect much from 30 minutes but was it necessary to explain the transition from lira to euro in such detail? Or that all inhabitants of Milan don’t speak English? (Even if you shout!)
You’d do better on Wikipedia.
