This is where mental toughness and resilience differ. The latter is considered as a passive quality. A person who is mentally tough is not afraid to admit his mistake. He can also control his emotions. Someone who can’t control his emotions would most likely behave differently at work and at home.

A mentally tough person is capable of moderating his emotions wherever he may be. There are also some tools that can be used to measure mental toughness. Love this audible book

It is a well-known fact that almost all successful people have high emotional intelligence. Well, mental toughness is connected with EQ too. Sure thing, after listening the first part of this book I feel excited about the opportunity to develop my confidence and mental power. Helpful book !

Very interesting and informational book. Helped me look at what I do in life with new lenses. I was able to read this book in a day(because it’s such an attention grabber) and start incorporating it in my life. Nice listen book

One thing you'll need to listen about mental toughness is this book. All stuff crunched down into time. Health, decision making, exercise, everything is important factors to mental toughness and reshaping one's character. The chapters are mostly direct to the point on the cases that one may dealt with.

Good information

Excellent book that can be listen and the information digested easily. Its a book that should be read a couple of times a year to help solidify the mental toughness information so it can be put into practice.
