There are loads of easy-to-follow recipes, and I love that the audiobook comes with a PDF. So that I can follow the recipes and see the lovely pictures. The overview at the beginning gives a simple and yet essential outlook of what the Mediterranean diet is and how to practice it. As a beginner, I heard a lot about this diet, but I'm not sure how to start. This audio gives me the basics and many recipes to follow.
