A serious attempt at weight loss

I have been listening to recordings for over two weeks now, since beginning a serious attempt at weight loss. From the first morning after hearing, I have found that food cravings are gone and maintaining my diet is practically effortless. This is the first time using a tool like this and there's a definite difference

Highly recommend!

Thank you for this amazing book! I got some weight loss tips and got ways to break my unhealthy routine and establish new habits. I recommend this book. I feel great and feel FULL. I have more energy, and I feel like this habits I have created will last here on out.

This is a well explained

This is a well explained piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster

Excellent explanation

The habits mentioned in the book are guidelines for establishing a way of life that supports your body's needs. Scientific research is shown that because humans are adaptable and our body fights to keep us healthy by adjusting our metabolism to help us survive. Thus dieting just causes more weight to be stored once we are no longer dieting. The solution is to make our body accept our foods by eating the right ones and exercising as normal behaviour so it doesn't create an imbalance. Mini Habits in both food and exercise done gradually will create a new norm which allows our body to burn our fat stores because our body no longer is in fear of lack. Excellent explanation and I like the freedom it offers.

Great information

Fantastic guide for a healthier life! I strongly recommend this book to anyone that has followed a diet plan and given up, is following a diet plan and is looking for "something more", or is not following any plan and would like to live a healthier lifestyle! Great information, great ideas, great humor = a great guide book for a healthier life! It is not a diet book, but a book that discusses diet and living a healthy life!

Great strategies

This book came just in time! I bought it because the title caught my eye as I was trying to use my Amazon credit. It was a timely reminder of what processed food does to your body and feasible strategies to make permanent changes like no other self help book. I’m so thrilled to get started.

Amazing!

This book does an amazing job of explaining Secrets of Sustained Weight Loss with Self-Hypnosis. It gives a good description on the truth of what is actually unhealthy for you. I believe the strategy to implement lasting change in the way your eat and live is pure gold! I believe it is a great foundation for changing your life. This is definitely a book I would recommend.

Music way too loud

I really wanted to love this audiobook. However, I find the music very annoying, but it’s also very loud. I can hardly hear the Narrator. It’s a shame, because if the same music was playing very softly in the background, I’d probably be able to put up with it. Also, while I like the narrators voice, I wish it were softer and more soothing.

Helped me a lot!

I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This audiobook is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this audiobook helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones.

Got improvement!
