I have read a lot of books on leadership development, and am always pleased when I read one that has new ideas presented. One that stood out to me was the idea of presenting your vision statement to your team in story form, so it is easier to remember and will stay in the forefront of their minds. This book was easy to listen to, and packed full of good, practical tips for building a strong and resilient team. I look forward to using them with my own team!

This book brought up many topics about working with others that I see so reliant today. Being part of a work place team you have to be able to communicate and connect with people effectively if you want to create an environment of productivity. There are so many skills that are not necessarily taught in school or training courses. People need to learn from experience and be aware of their communication skills. I was happily surprised this book took the time to over it. A great resource for any type of leader!
