Mastering Leadership Skills for Managers
This couldn't have come out at a better time. I got a promotion just prior to the pandemic shutting the world down. Our industry is finally beginning to wake up and I needed fresh motivation to be the leader I need to be. This book will encourage you with the 7 strategies to lead with confidence and to be able to communicate confidently with your team. As we enter 2024 I feel better prepared to make the impact with my team that I am expected to achieve. I recommend this for anyone entering a new position, but especially for managers who want to make an impact with their team.

Big Help!
I am new in the leadership role and have been reading and listening to leadership books lately. I have wanted to improve my skills to lead my team better. I thought it was easy being a leader, but when you are already in the position, you will get to see and experience many challenges. This book helped me in many aspects including how to communicate better with my team and handle stress. Also in decision-making and how to become confident with your role. This book helped me a lot in improving and achieving my dream of having a positive and happy workplace.

Great resource for leadership
This book brought up many topics about working with others that I see so reliant today. Being part of a work place team you have to be able to communicate and connect with people effectively if you want to create an environment of productivity. There are so many skills that are not necessarily taught in school or training courses. People need to learn from experience and be aware of their communication skills. I was happily surprised this book took the time to over it. A great resource for any type of leader!

Elevate Your Leadership Today
I was recently promoted to a people leader position at work, so I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook. I hadn't been in a people leader position for roughly 8 years, and I figured it was a good time to brush up on my leadership skills, but also learn some modern skills that are pertinent in today's society and generation. In this great book, I learned the ELEVATE method to being a successful leader which was a great refresher for me. This is a must listen for any new people leader out there, but I believe it is extremely valuable even as a refresher for someone like me that is just getting back into it!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, Reese Stone gives us 7 effective strategies to master leadership and I took away immense value from this insightful, practical guide!
What I appreciated most about this resource that separates it from other cliche- driven, cookie-cutter leadership manuals on the market is its focus on Adaptability, the understanding that every Leader is unique and that every situation is unique, but that with practice you can adapt the 7 strategies to every situation and stay authentic and true to your own leadership style in the process. Communication is key.
While our culture celebrates the hard charging, charismatic leader, there are countless other kinds of leadership. In the past I have felt like an imposter in different leadership roles and this book slices through those normal feelings of anxiety to offer a roadmap to confidence and success. I recommend this resource for every Leader - Highly Recommend!
