This book talks about the mental barriers and beliefs that do not allow you to live. Very powerful, this book is to be complemented with Mark Manson's "Models" and Mystery's "The mystery method". Each one of them has a unique focus which is related to the others. Highly recommended.

It is great that they are coming out with more education and awareness for self and relationships. When you try to understand what is up because never experienced or had a good example of a healthy relationship. Today people are trying to sell you that anything goings. That doesn't work and this helps weed it out. Great narration. 👍
