About this listen

Our dreams are weird, interesting, and complex. Most of them don’t make any sense.

Some of them take on a life of their own.

It makes them interesting, and there are so many good reasons to think about them. But we rarely think about them or really think about dreaming at all. Why is that?

I don’t think it’s because people aren’t interested. There are some very engaging ideas about dreaming and dreaming dreams, although you’d never find them in school. But if people knew about dreaming they’d probably be more interested in it. When you start to ask these questions about your dreams you start to find out more about yourself and what you can do with your dreams. I’m a good example. I know people who have a better understanding of dreams than I do.

I can’t tell you how much joy I’ve found, exploring some of the wonderful worlds of dreams that we can create in our minds. I used to feel really lucky that I could sleep so much, but as I got older and more confused about life, dreaming has become more important to me.

I like to think about dreams a lot. I also feel that exploring the world of dreams can be an exhilarating experience, and a little strange.

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I’ll lie there and listen to the memory of my dreams.
