I really enjoyed this book. It was such an unusual tale and you never really know where it is taking you, but the conclusion is uplifting, if not inevitable. Well researched, well written and well spoken! I thoroughly recommend it!

Lovely story extremely well written. The narrator read it so well with believable characterisations. Sadly his attempt at cockney was embarrassingly inadequate! It brought back the woeful efforts of Dick van Dyke and was just as bad! Having said that I thoroughly enjoyed this time travel yarn.

wonderfully original story which was a refreshing 'read'. Story was very detailed and captured some poignant moments well.
Narrator was okay however a little expressionless at times. Overall, a great story.
