I really enjoyed this book
Nice easy listen,I took notes as to some of the workouts as I went through the book.
Not easy at all but it is a great way to motivate ones self and try and get to 1000 push ups in a day.

Absolutely. This book kept me listening beyond my usual travel to and from work - I was late a few times as I sat laughing or finishing a chapter in the car.

Funny, inspiring, couldn't stop listening

I bought this having been thoroughly entertained by Goggins' Can't Hurt Me. I had also heard Jesse Itzler mention anecdotes from his time with "Seal" on Joe Rogan's show. As funny as those stories were, the book is hilarious and I learned a lot about how to live from it.

Like many, I live in comfort and strive to enjoy pleasures of life. It has made me weak, and Jesse's stories about his time with Seal are like a giant kick in the ass to wake up and really go after it in life.

Jesse's delivery is great and, being the author, really sincere. One of the best Audible books I've purchased.
