There seem to be a lot of audiobooks and other resources for those with ADHD, as well as a plethora of resources for teens about finance and social situations. This is the first audiobook I've seen for teens that covers all these bases from an ADHD perspective. Not only does the author outline how to increase one's self-esteem, but there are also chapters on effective organizational time management skills. Especially helpful are the sections about financial literacy and career planning; topics that are important to everyone, but especially those with ADHD! I highly recommend this audiobook.
