I'm am so grateful! I've gotten my life back.

I have had an achilles tendon problem for 13 years. I thought it was something I'd just have to live with. Recently, my left achilles tendon became so inflamed that I was afraid that the tendon would tear, and I wouldn't be able to walk. I started following the advice from this audio book, and today was the first day I knelt down and used my left achilles tendon to stand back up. I'm am so grateful! I've gotten my life back.

Probably one of the most important books.

Probably one of the most important books I have ever read (actually listened to). This guy is spot on. Wish he would spend less time hawking his products but I understand why and how that works. Anxiously awaiting his upcoming books.

I am just starting a month ago.

I am just starting a month ago this products which is I order the six month supplies. So far I am happy I see more strength my body before work out taking gives me more energy and the bowl movement is perfect .

Poor copy editing & mispronunciation

Seems like it was written by someone with broken English, which would not be a problem if they'd hired a good proof reader and copy editor. The narrator obviously didn't know how to pronounce the more "scientific" terms, and didn't make any effort to learn how to pronounce them. Between those two problems, it was extremely difficult to listen to this audiobook and to take it seriously.

It's not the only one, either. I downloaded two other lectin-free and anti-inflammatory diet books at the same time and they both had the same problems, with different authors and narrators. Maybe they all used the same ghost writer.

I'm returning all three. I'll stick with the official Steven R. Gundry MD books and create or modify my own recipes.

So far, at day 4, I am amazed! My reason for trying this has been rapidly affected in a positive way. Side benefits are more energy and improved attitude which are very welcome, but unexpected. I am committed to continuing with the foods he recommends, for AND against! This may prove to be the most beneficial change in my life!

Wow. Unbelievable to realize just how duped we are as a society in regards to what foods are deemed "healthy" when in fact they are at the root of so many illnesses. I've known for decades to not buy into what the gov't tells us is "good" or not good, but this goes way beyond that. Super research here!

I listened to this audio book.

I listened to this audio book and started following this way of eating and I've lost weight and my stomach never hurts unless I eat something from the no list. It’s been almost a month but I’m looking forward to seeing how I’m feeling and doing in several months.

I learned that food is really medicine.

I had lupus and it did not take me long to realize that the medical community could not help me except to treat the symptoms with pharmaceuticals so I needed to fight for my own life and find alternative ways of healing.
