This is a fabulous tool for leaders, managers and executives. Actually, I reckon anyone aspiring to be in a position of leadership (be it in sports organisations, extracurricular activities or work) could benefit from the advice wisely dispensed in this book, even though it is primarily aimed to workforce/business leaders. It contains invaluable skills to develop and recommendations to utilise power wisely and efficiently. I recommend listening at a speed of 1.2 as the narration is a little slow, but the content is definitely worth it!
