Summary
Respirare è vivere. La nostra vita dipende dal modo con cui noi respiriamo. Dalla respirazione dipendono tutte le altre funzioni del corpo. Quindi è la più importante delle funzioni. Si può vivere diverso tempo senza cibo, di meno senza acqua, ma senza aria solo per pochi minuti.
