Summary
Une règle infaillible unit les associés de l'hôtel : chacun doit contribuer à sa bonne santé financière. Ce mois-ci, c'est au tour de Mrs Budley. Sans famille, la jolie veuve n'a d'autre solution que d'escroquer un vieux marquis aussi riche que gâteux, qui se révèle être... un charmant jeune homme ! De son côté, Sir Philip, soucieux d'élargir la clientèle, fait venir sa nouvelle conquête. Mais elle est si vulgaire qu'elle fait fuir les clients ! Lady Fortescue vient quant à elle à la rescousse d'une jeune fille à qui sa mère entend voler la vedette lors de la saison mondaine... Les affaires sont les affaires mais, noblesse oblige, il va falloir rétablir l'ordre !
