About this listen

Sir Thomas of Stockton has lost his son. Taking a handful of chosen men, he crosses the seas to travel through France seeking his enemy. Love this series, the complexity of characters and the way those characters are weaved into such huge historical events is superb

Yorke is a fantastic narrator and the story is captivating as per usual. If by now you too have been following the story I can now say I was almost brought to tears by the death of Alfred in the previous book and for me that is a sign of a talented writer.
