Nice

The title makes fun of all of those beginner guides, but as a beginner's guide, this book is actually really good. It really serves the beginners who are thinking about a ketogenic diet, going over things like what ketosis is and what it does to you, pros and cons, honest truths, and even how it affects your sugar levels in so many ways. I was surprised to see such a good summary of what the ketogenic diet is, without all the fluff.

Nice job

I really loved this one. Don't deviate from what they say, or the ketogenic diet will have all kinds of side effects and it won't work as well. I like that it had a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat. That's very helpful. I think I should have made notes, but oh well. Recommended.
