Mit einer List fangen sie den Neun-Meter-Hünen ein und verschleppen ihn nach New York. Dort soll Kong als Sensation verkauft und der Weltöffentlichkeit präsentiert werden. Doch niemand hat mit den übermenschlichen Kräften von Kong gerechnet, der die schöne Ann Darrow in sein Herz geschlossen hat.
