Summary
Oswin Kittridge has no clue her life is a lie, and everything she knew about her family was made up. When her past comes back to haunt her, she’s tossed into a world of human trafficking and slavery.

I liked it.
Chapter 1 was INTENSE! Sex trafficking and assault. This short story had a lot packed into it - maybe too much and some were not needed. A bit repetitive. Aiden is a beta hero when it comes to the relationship with Oswin. Sweet HEA.
I enjoyed the audio - the narrators, Andrew Joseph Perez & Amy Deuchler, did a good job with the performance (4 stars). Amy's voice might have been a bit old sounding for the 20 yo Oswin but it was still fine.

I loved the dual narration of Andrew Joseph Perez and Amy Deuchler, perfect
The story has mystery, suspense, intrigue, and romance. Oswin is the hairdresser that Aiden, goes to even if his has not grown. This story has human trafficking, kidnapping, FBI, Local Police , romance and living
