Summary
Learning should be fun. However, memorizing a list of vocabulary is rarely fun and usually ineffective. Even though you go through your flashcards a hundred times, by the next day, you’ve probably forgotten 50 percent of the vocabulary. But what if you could hear and see the vocabulary used over and over again in context? What if that context was a fun story that you would enjoy reading or listening to over and over again?
These five short stories written in Spanglish, a mixture of English and Spanish, about a little boy who gets himself into all kinds of interesting situations, does just that.
