So informational!
If the thought of owning real estate has ever even crossed your mind, this is the book for you. It is extremely easy to read and is PACKED with all of the info that you will need to begin investing in real estate. It is a comprehensive guide that first asks you if real estate is right for you by providing the negative aspects/risks of owning real estate. It follows that up with providing information about every aspect of investing, owning, and managing your property. An instant classic! Unlike all the bear market predictions, and other polyanna prognistications of the dow sky rocketing, this book, which was sorely needed, gets at the true nature of the stop and start history of equity markets.

Great Starting Point.
Very informative and the wordage is easy fora layperson. Took this book to my financial advisor, he thumbed through the chapters and noted it contains core material needed to understand basic investing tactics. Learning a lot. Great book for someone with just some elementary knowledge. Well simplified for a beginner in a very complicated world of trading. The examples provided were very easy to follow as well. I like this book. I recommended this book.

I Love This Investing for Beginners
Inside this book, the Stock market are explained for total beginners. Investing tips, options trading, mistakes to avoid and much more. It should get one started making profit fast. Wow this book has opened my eyes to the stock market and has really given me great information to safely invest into your future. This was quite a well written introduction to investing. There were several different types of investing discussed but not so many as to be overwhelming to a beginner. It will provide a great background to investing. An educational and helpful for me starting an investment. This is nice book for that who want to start business.this is also best for beginners,those have no experience.

Great for Beginners.
Its a great book for people who wants to start into the investing world. Whether investing in yourself or investing in a business are almost as important all together. You have to be honest and know yourself and study and be clear on what business you want to invest on. I totally agree on the part about savings vs. investing. On saving your money at the bank and staying in your comfort zone and be mediocre. Waiting until you retire and about to die. This book light up my understanding about investing. good book ever i like this book

Nice book
He took a group of us through his comprehensive business strategy while I was a VP at Netflix and I go back to his framework often (probably weekly) while attempting to build Coursera into an enduring business. This book is an expansion on the strategy framework he taught us at Netflix and it is a daily tool for me that is both easy to remember and powerfu. the best book ever. i like this. this is my most loving book.

Best book for Investing.
An informative book. This was quite a well written introduction to investing. There were several different types of investing discussed but not so many as to be overwhelming to a beginner. Very thorough!
Assumes you know nothing, but that you are fully capable of learning everything you need to know to successfully manage your own investments. great book. i'haave just started reading and referred it to a church member who is reading it now. a great investment! He explains what can be a complicated subject in a very understandable way. This gives a great overview to investing. This came recommended to me by a finance major who is now independently wealthy through intelligent investing. It does not teach you beat the market, that can't be done. It does explain options for assessing your risk and developing a plan based on your needs and plans. It explains all common investing and gives great insight to avoid many common investing pitfalls.

Excellent listen.
I wish I had this book years ago. If you are a syndicator or an investor considering investing in a syndication, this book is a MUST HAVE. The book explains syndicated investing from both points of view. I am the owner of a successful real estate sales company and picked up this book to supplement existing residential dales knowledge for expansion into commercial real estate Syndication and acquisition. Ever best book.

Straightforward and easy to listen.
The book also did a good job outlining risks and encouraging staying power over the long term. However, I think it’s written more for the beginner that plans to and has time to actively monitor and analyze investment performance options. I am not this person. I would like to have learned some tips on investing for myself long-term with periodic monitoring, and without being nickeled and dimed to death by brokerage and financial advisor fees. Speaking of fees, even though one whole chapter was what I consider a dedicated push to hire a financial advisor and Its a great learning book about investment system. Great informative book. Learning approach. Providing learning content. Recommended.
