This audiobook brought so much light to what happening inside my body while going through menopause so I can fast differently and still maintain a sharp mind with less brain fog and lag throughout the day. I have heard a lot about intermittent fasting and have met a few people who use it as a way of life. I had never really bought into this since I thought it was a fad. Then, I read an article about it being a possible approach to preventing type II diabetes that runs in my family. So, I got serious about learning more and was gifted this audiobook. I learned more about intermittent fasting than I ever knew before, including the science behind it and how adaptable it can be to any lifestyle. That is why it came much more easily than I expected. I can't wait to say goodbye to the extra pounds I've been carrying since turning 50 almost a decade ago.
