These, and other negative words & thoughts are laced through the preamble. Unfort the preamble forms part of the whole belief-reprogramming script, and as there are no chapters, it is hard to avoid repeatedly listening to them. Even if you skip forward, each time you play the track you remember the bad stuff (which has the same effect). It also shortens the track by at least 13 mins.
Hypnosis opens the depths of the subconscious mind, so whatever you put in, stays there. Anyone who’s heard even a podcast about NLP/ hypnosis, knows this!
I appreciate the author may need to signal to the listener not to throw away their medication too soon, but this could be said another way, or at the very least, in a separate chapter. The script also talks about “optometrists” as if they are Eye Doctors, which they are not.
It is very sad, because hypnosis does work & eyesight problems can be rooted in subconscious beliefs. I have been searching for an eyesight improvement script, and though the majority of this recording could be helpful, the flaws make this one too risky for me to use.
Hypnosis Live, please re-think and re-master this script so it can do the intended job, and help millions of people regain their vision, thank you.
