I have been in leadership for many years and it baffles me that there are still leaders out there that are bosses and not leaders. Whether you are working remotely or in person, learning to build teams and lead with these qualities is important. I have always told my team that we all play a role and yes mine is a manager but they are the experts in what they do. Being a leader that empowers brings so many positive aspects to a team and the company. My leader allows me to run things the way I see fit by empowering me to make decisions that are best for us. He oversees us but he provides the same encouragement I provide my team.

Every leader needs this book. I think either you are a leader or a boss and being a boss yields no results but being a leader can have such a powerful impact on you, the team and the company.
