Whilst watching ‘Burn Notice’ I discovered this book by Bruce Cambell, one of the lead actors of the series.
I have so enjoyed listening to it. It is very entertaining.
& I always appreciate when the author also narrates their book. That’s how it should be.

Beautiful chin

Just a great read, funny and warm. Loads of detail about making, financing and distributing "Evil Dead", the original video nasty and a true classic of budget horror movies (in that it's actually a damned good movie and not a "so bad it's good" like most self-financed horror). Bruce is a genuinely charming, funny and self-aware narrator, you'd enjoy this book even if you have never heard of the man. Go on, buy the damned thing.
