The thing that impressed me the most though was the holistic approach to the whole subject. So many of these kinds of books just focus on the goal setting side of things and forget about the human who is achieving them (or not). I know personally, when I'm feeling good and feeling good about myself, I'm much more likely to achieve whatever I'm aiming at. So with this in mind, it was great to see chapters like creating morning routines, making health a habit, avoiding burnout and staying in the flow.

Wow, very excellent book. I found it to be Insightful, Informative, probably the best book on the subject. One of the best Self-Improvement books I've ever had.It makes one think differently about life!
