I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook as I'm entering the burnout stage. What I really like about this book, is it's not just the author saying take a break. Take a day or two off and you'll be fine. No. This book helps get to the root of what's causing the burnout in the first place. From understanding what burnout even is to creating healthy boundaries that won't push your friens and family away, this book seems to really understand how to fix the underlying problem. I'm excited to put some of the strategies in place and simply be aware of what's going on to help me get out of this slump and prevent it from happening in the future. Happy to have this in my collection!
