Loved this book! I’m obsessed by anything ‘Tudor’ and have read countless books on the subject, however this one has to be up there as one of my favourites and most informative regarding the ‘normal’ people in Tudor society. Loved it!

I found the book interesting but would have preferred more emphasis on general life and less on food. Although I suppose I should have expected this given the authors' background.
