It is as if the author has copied and pasted work from his other books into this book.
It is only a short book but I do not remember any tips or strategies about becoming Fearless.
The book uses quotes from one of the Rocky films. Rocky 3 I think. Just watch the film. It would be more entertaining.
There is also the topic of manifesting magic, hop opo Ono and other hippy dippy baloney. I’d zoned out by this time
