About this listen
We humans would think if there would be button or any straightforward process to store information to our brain, that would be great. We do not have anything like that, but if we understand how the brain stores and processes information, then we can easily send signal to our brain to memorize quicker. In this audiobook, I tried to present my thoughts about the brain and muscle; how we can send messages to our brain for memorization and muscle to build.
