So touching, I barely slept last night listening to this but it was worth it !

I’ve been listening to Bob Proctor books and podcasts for 2 months over and over again , trying to implement things I’ve learned. In one of the books Bob said if you can’t explain to someone what you talking about it means you don’t understand it yourself. That was on my head and I thought if someone asks me what is paradime I didn’t know how to explain it. Today I listed to this book and penny dropped! Sandy wrote this book making it so easy to understand! Everything makes sense now and am so excited and happy to start changing my paradime and grow ! Thank you !
Ps. I’ve pre ordered next 2 books can’t believe I need to wait that long but it’s worth it !

It's well written and well made but I felt the title suggested it was a self care audio more than a story. I felt I needed it to be more actionable for myself more than a story. I'm not really in to stories more discussions and facts. I don't think this is clear.
