A novant’anni Liliana Segre, superstite della Shoah e senatrice a vita, decide di interrompere il trentennale impegno di testimonianza davanti a migliaia di ragazzi, in centinaia di scuole. Lo fa con un ultimo, indimenticabile discorso pubblico il 9 ottobre 2020 a Rondine (Arezzo). Un ideale passaggio di testimone alle nuove generazioni, un documento per preservare la memoria di ciò che è stato, raccontato dalla voce di chi l’ha vissuto. Il testo, in cui Liliana Segre ripercorre la sua tragica esperienza, dalle leggi razziali del 1938 alla deportazione ad Auschwitz-Birkenau, è raccolto integralmente in questo libro.
