Wonderfully read by January as always, the story started really well but didn’t really go anywhere, I liked the ranch folk but the others were too much 😳 as a brit it does make me cringe when I hear ERBS and LILACK argh goes through me! That said, Nora always writes brilliantly so I tolerated the thespian narcissists.

This is my second Nora Roberts book. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. It wasn’t a ‘page turner’ but easy to listen too. The main character was a little bit sugary sweet, and the storyline a bit predictable.

Narration: I know it has annoyed others from reading the reviews before handing over my credit, but it didn’t spoil it for me and I enjoyed the characterisations.

I would recommend this to anyone liking a bit of Hollywood glitz and a good old fashioned love story.

I look forward to listening to some of Norah’s other books.
